All move-ins after the 15th of the month must pay the pro-rated rent for that month plus the next month's full rent.

*Upon approval, deposit becomes non-refundable if applicant(s) do not take possession of said unit upon agreed move-in date.  Applicant(s) have 72 hours following approval to cancel application and receive deposit, all application fees are non-refundable.
